Which one makes sense for recruiters?
- Working on candidate data? Use a business plan. Personal plans are for personal accounts, and candidate details shouldn’t sit in one. Our Australian law guide explains why.
- Already on Microsoft 365 at work? Copilot Business is the add-on to look at first. It’s cheaper than switching plans.
- Setting up a new desk from scratch? Business Standard or Business Premium with Copilot bundles email, Office apps and Copilot in one price.
What it’s good for on a desk
Drafting job ads in Word, summarising long email threads with a client, and tidying interview notes in Teams. It won’t replace your ATS, and it still needs you to read every line before it goes to a candidate.
