How sponsorship works
- Sponsors never buy rankings or reviews. Sponsorship doesn’t change directory listings, their order or their descriptions.
- Every placement is clearly labelled Sponsored and links use
rel="sponsored nofollow noopener". - We only accept products relevant to recruiters and talent teams, and we may decline any sponsorship.
- Copy is supplied by the sponsor and approved by us. It must be accurate and must not make claims we can’t check.

Will my tool’s listing change if I sponsor?
No. Listings, order and descriptions stay the same. The sponsored card is shown separately.
Can I sponsor if my tool isn’t in the directory?
Yes, if it’s relevant to recruiters. We may also add it to the directory as a standard listing, using your official site as the source.
Can a sponsor buy a better ranking or a review?
No. Sponsors never buy rankings or reviews. Sponsored placements are shown separately and labelled.
