Screening question builder.

Updated 16 October 2026

List the genuine requirements for the role, one per line. You’ll get a short knock-out question, a depth question and a scenario question for each, written to stay job-related.

Your questions

Add at least one requirement.

Keep it fair

Only ask about things the job genuinely needs. Don’t ask about age, family plans, health, religion, nationality or anything else covered by anti-discrimination law, and ask every candidate the same questions. If a requirement could exclude people with a disability, think about reasonable adjustments.
