Who each suits
Recruit CRM leans fully into agency work: client and candidate pipelines, outreach and timesheets in one place. Worth a look if you place contractors and want fewer separate tools.
Manatal is a little broader, serving in-house HR teams as well as agencies. Its documented SEEK posting is a practical plus for Australian desks.
Ask both before you choose
- Where is candidate data hosted, and can that be in the contract?
- Can you migrate from your current ATS, and what does it cost?
- How do the AI features use your data, and can you switch them off?
- Does it integrate with your job boards, email and calendar?
